Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of breakdowns & implement corrective actions.
  • Support installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and production equipment.
  • Ensure equipment safety and quality control devices are functioning correctly and address abnormal conditions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and plans using MMNext.
  • Support the definition and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and standards.
  • Participate in requalification activities for production equipment to ensure compliance and reliability.
  • Provide technical input for spare parts optimization and support warehouse team in stock definition.
  • Assist in energy efficiency initiatives and contribute to reducing energy waste.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repair reports, and equipment history.
  • Stay updated with latest technologies and maintenance practices relevant to industrial equipment.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or equivalent technical qualification/Years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Organized and capable of maintaining accurate technical documentation.
  • Proficient in equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system testing.
  • Knowledge of process capability, performance measurement, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with customer-specific requirements in an industrial environment.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS).
  • Fluent English
