JOB SUMMARY

The IT Systems Engineer will support production environments, field request tickets, and internal IT operations while exceed all objectives to deliver a world-class experience to Authentix personnel, customers, and partners. Responsibilities range between hardware support, software configuration, automation/scripting, and product or customer facing support tickets. The IT Systems Engineer will report to the Director of IT, take daily direction from Senior Support Staff, and work closely with all personnel across all departments while supporting ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Primary Skills (5+ years of experience)

• IT Infrastructure and Networking
• Maintain and supporting: Servers, workstations, network devices, etc.
• Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network typologies
• End-Point Deployment and Management
• Experience with centralized device management and imaging of systems
• Windows Troubleshooting and Windows Server Experience
• Knowledgeable in server roles and windows systems/services
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in communication and/or access issues

Secondary Skills (3+ years of experience)

• PowerShell Scripting
• Automating and mass script deployments including custom script building
• IT Ticket System Experience
• Must have 3 years minimal work experience working with an IT Ticket System

Recent Skills (1+ years of experience)

• Data Management
• Understanding of databases and flat data files

Additional skills preferred but not required:

• MS 365 / MS Teams / Exchange Online Administration
• Azure Cloud and Entra ID Experience
• Auditing and Documentation Experience
• Azure ATP and Azure CAS Experience
• Azure Intune (Endpoint Management)
• Security & Compliance Experience
• REST API Knowledge

• Fluent in both French and English, with Arabic as a third language preferred
