Education Sales Consultant

As our Education Sales Consultant, you will be the primary liaison between our company and prospect clients . Your work will involve managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, by focusing on the unique needs of the education sector.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Active Communication: Proactively engage with customers and prospects face-to-face or via telephone to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Effective Presentation: Clearly and persuasively communicate the features, benefits, and pedagogical value of our products or services to potential clients.
- Needs Analysis & Customization: Analyze customer needs to provide personalized support and tailor product demonstrations throughout the sales process.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed periodic sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement new and creative sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing business.
- Market Intelligence: Closely monitor constantly changing market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the education sector.
- Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer feedback to help improve and refine product offerings and proposals.
- Reporting: Accurately report on education sales processes and present findings to relevant management units.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties assigned by the organization as needed.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional growth by keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and skills.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or a related field).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analysis: Strong ability to analyze customer needs and propose solution-oriented offerings.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
