Internship Offer – Odoo Implementation

Context

As part of our digital transformation initiative, we are implementing Odoo as our in-house ERP solution to support and optimize our business processes (finance, sales, inventory, procurement, CRM, etc.).

We are looking for a motivated intern to actively participate in this implementation project alongside our internal teams.

Internship Objectives

The intern will contribute to the end-to-end implementation of Odoo, from business analysis to configuration and user adoption, gaining hands-on experience with a real ERP deployment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the analysis of business processes and requirements gathering with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the configuration of Odoo modules (e.g. Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Purchases)
  • Support data migration and basic data cleansing activities
  • Contribute to testing phases (functional testing, user acceptance testing)
  • Help prepare documentation and user guides
  • Support user training and change management activities
  • Provide day-to-day support during the go-live and stabilization phase

Required Profile

  • Student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or related field
  • Strong interest in ERP systems and business process automation
  • Basic understanding of business processes (finance, sales, supply chain is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
  • Knowledge of Odoo is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of Python / SQL is a plus
