Role Overview
Join our technology solutions team as a Client Success Intern for a 3-month internship. You will help onboard clients, support day-to-day adoption, and build strong relationships with customers and partners. You will also collect feedback and reviews to improve the product and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support client onboarding and implementation
Assist with ongoing support, training, and best practice guidance
Build relationships with clients and partners, understand goals and pain points
Proactively reach out to gather feedback, reviews, and product insights
Collect and organize testimonials and success stories
Monitor customer satisfaction and flag issues quickly
Help identify ways to improve retention and product adoption
Share customer insights with the product and engineering teams
Help create support documentation, FAQs, and help resources
Participate in regular check-ins with customers
Track basic success metrics and report weekly highlights
Advocate for customer needs internally
Profile Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Friendly, professional, and customer-first mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable follow-through
Comfortable learning software tools and working in tech environments
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to build trust with different types of clients
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup
Prior experience in customer support, client relations, or success is a plus
Bachelor's degree in progress or equivalent experience
