We are looking for a
Senior ServiceNow Developer
with a strong technical foundation and proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules, along with the ability to lead development efforts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the
    ServiceNow platform
    (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate integrations with other systems
  • Lead development efforts and enforce best practices (coding standards, security, and performance)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide
    mentorship and technical guidance
    to junior developers
  • Ensure code quality through
    test-driven development
    and regular code reviews
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 4–6 years
    of experience working in
    ServiceNow development
    in an enterprise environment
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio
  • Experience with Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Custom Apps
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and take ownership of deliverables
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and
    communication skills
  • ServiceNow certifications
    (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus
