We are looking for

Customer Quality Supervisor

at one of our locations in
One Mobility Morocco
- in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

Processing of customer complaints and alerts:

• Analyze the Claims /Alerts of customer.
• Ensure response to complaints within the allotted time.
• Ensure the weekly update of extern QRM.
• Participate in internal audit.
• Customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements internally.
• Listen to customer.

Audits and visits:

• Perform internal audits for your project.
• Ensure the smooth running and preparation of audits & customer visits.
• Share audit & visit reports with the team and ensure continuous improvement of actions.

Product and equipment validation:

• Supervise the performance of audits produced by sampling.
• Support and control the validation of equipment.
• Systematically monitor and analyze faults using the file (Failure statistical errors).

Management of deviations and sorting operations:

• Validate internal and external exemptions.
• Ensure the follow up on exemptions.
• Check and validate sorting reports.

Manage the team:

• Ensure good communication with the team.
• Involve the team in the objectives of the service.
• Organize daily interpersonal meetings.
• Ensure the respect and application of EHS / 5S / QMS rules within his work area.

Job Requirements

• Bac+4 (A double course, technical supplemented by a specialization in quality is desirable)
• Knowledge of the concepts, tools and methods of quality management
• Control of guidelines, procedures (internal, external) and client specifications.
• 5 years' experience in the automotive wiring
• Bilingual: French /English
