Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales professional located in Dubai. The Sales role entails day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable products, managing customer relationships, and pursuing new sales opportunities. The role also involves providing training on product features and benefits, as well as overseeing sales operations to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to provide effective Training on products
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the fragrance or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
