Talent Advisor, cabinet de recommandation spécialisé dans le luxe expérientiel, recherche son/sa futur(e) HR & Marketing Coordinator — un rôle clé pour orchestrer la coordination, la communication et le rayonnement du cabinet.

En véritable partenaire stratégique, vous contribuerez à la gestion des projets RH, au développement commercial et à la valorisation de la marque, en incarnant l'excellence, l'élégance et le sens du détail propres à l'univers du luxe.

Vos missions principales :

  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel du processus de recrutement : rédaction et diffusion des annonces, gestion des candidatures et coordination des entretiens.
  • Participer à la gestion administrative RH et au suivi des dossiers collaborateurs.
  • Soutenir les consultants dans leurs missions et garantir une communication fluide et qualitative avec candidats et clients.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de communication et de visibilité du cabinet : réseaux sociaux, création de contenus, storytelling et valorisation des réalisations.
  • Mettre en lumière les expertises, partenaires et projets du cabinet à travers des supports élégants et inspirants.
  • Veiller à la cohérence de la marque employeur et renforcer la notoriété de Talent Advisor dans le secteur du luxe.
  • Préparer les présentations commerciales et participer aux appels d'offres.
  • Suivre les relations clients et optimiser l'expérience partenaire.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de collaboration pour soutenir la croissance du portefeuille clients.

Profil recherché :

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en coordination RH, marketing ou business development, idéalement en cabinet de conseil ou dans le secteur du luxe.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, relationnelles et rédactionnelles.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais.
  • Sensibilité forte à l'univers du luxe, à la communication haut de gamme et à l'expérience client.
  • Rigueur, sens du détail, esprit d'équipe et orientation qualité & performance.
