We are looking for a dynamic member to join our Quality Assurance team as a Functional Tester.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing reported issues after the development phase and monitoring the quality of newly delivered features, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products. A perfect command of English is essential to ensure effective communication within our international team.

Responsibilities Incident Testing

  • Analyze and test reported incidents post-development to ensure effective resolution.

Evaluation of New Features

  • Perform functional and regression tests on newly delivered features to guarantee compliance with specifications.

Quality Monitoring

  • Set up performance indicators to track the quality of new features and services.

Documentation

  • Prepare detailed test reports and document evaluation results, including improvement recommendations.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with development and support teams to identify issues and propose solutions.

Desired ProfileEducation

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in IT, management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role, ideally in a technical environment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of testing processes and incident management tools.
  • Proficiency in using reporting and analysis tools.

Languages

  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international teams.
