We are currently seeking an
Experienced HR Professional
to join our team and contribute to the continuous development of our Human Resources department.
Profile Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge
:
Strong understanding of Moroccan Labor Law
Skills:
- Solid background in HR administration (contracts, employee files, HR follow-up, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan Labor Law and internal policies
- Support HR processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational HR support
