About the Role:
We're launching a
new wiring harness plant in Kenitra
and seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Administration Senior Specialist to support our growth from the ground up.
You'll ensure accurate payroll processing, manage time & attendance, and maintain HR records in compliance with Moroccan labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate payroll data to ensure accurate salary calculations that align with labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor and implement updates to payroll-related legislation, ensuring full compliance at all times.
- Collect, organize, and archive documentation related to employee sick leave, absences, and benefits.
- Generate both regular and ad hoc payroll reports for internal departments (HR, Finance, Management) as well as for external audits.
- Manage leave requests, prepare documentation for annual and paid leave, and update HR systems accordingly.
- Draft, issue, and archive employment contracts and amendments using standardized templates.
- Maintain confidential employee records, including salary history and personal files, according to legal and company standards.
- Implement and manage time and attendance systems for all employees (blue- and white-collar).
- Monitor working hours, shift schedules, absences, overtime, and leave balances.
- Issue employment-related certificates and income confirmations for external institutions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes and reporting accuracy.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration in an automotive, preferably wiring harness industry.
- Solid understanding of Moroccan labor law, payroll legislation, and social security procedures.
- Proficiency with payroll and HR systems; knowledge of T&A systems.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent confidentiality standards.
- Experience working in a multinational or greenfield/start-up environment is a major advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and French, with working English proficiency required.
