De formation Ingénieur en Génie ELECTRIQUE OU ELECTROMECANIQUE ou Equivalent
avec une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire
Missions :
Sourcing et consultation des fournisseurs
- Rechercher des fournisseurs, notamment dans la base interne de données, auditer de nouveaux candidats fournisseurs, demander des devis chiffrés des RFQ request for quotation ;
- Constituer pour l'équipe projet un panel de fournisseurs short listés ;
- Rédiger la documentation destinée aux fournisseurs ;
- Lancer la procédure de consultation.
Qualification des fournisseurs et négociation commerciale
- Préparer la négociation avec l'équipe projet : déterminer, pour chaque achat, des objectifs maximaux et minimaux de prix, qualité, volume, délai de livraison ;
- Effectuer une analyse comparative (benchmark) des offres, une mise en concurrence ;
- Négocier les clauses contractuelles : conditions de paiement, spécifications techniques, qualité, prix, volume, délai de livraison, services associés ;
- Formaliser, avec le service juridique, le commande d'achat et les avenants ;
- Signifier la décision d'attribution du marché.
Suivi de la commande
- Suivre la conformité contractuelle, régler les litiges (non-conformité des achats, facturations) ;
- Assurer, auprès du chef de projets, le reporting et le suivi budgétaire (factures, règlements) ;
- Suivre et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord et les indicateurs KPI key performance indicators ;
- Animer la relation commerciale avec les fournisseurs, évaluer leur performance opérationnelle ;
- Saisir et actualiser les données des fournisseurs et des transactions dans l'ERP achats.
