Responsibilities

  • Write and post job vacancies across platforms
  • Proactively search for candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs and assist in first-round interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates
  • Keep applicant tracking systems up to date and organize talent pipelines
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Support with recruitment reporting and market research

What We're Looking For

  • You are studying or have recently graduated in HR, Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent in English + French
  • Organized, communicative, and motivated to learn
  • Genuinely interested in recruitment and enjoy connecting with people
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, or Excel is a plus, but not essential
