Junior/Medior Recruiter

As a Junior Recruiter, you'll be a key part of our international recruitment team, working closely with hiring managers and candidates across different markets. This role is perfect if you're eager to grow into a trusted recruitment partner while developing strong business and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for selected roles: from writing job ads to making offers
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
• Screen applications and conduct structured first-round interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate journey
• Keep applicant tracking systems up to date and maintain well-organized pipelines
• Support employer branding campaigns and represent the company at events
• Share recruitment insights and contribute to process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (internships included)
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple processes at once
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people and talent development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, or sourcing techniques is a plus

Pay: 4,500.00DH - 8,000.00DH per month
