Role Purpose:

Provide administrative support to the team, assist the Finance Department with basic financial tasks, and support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties: correspondence, documents, scheduling, meetings
  • Organize travel, files, and office supplies
  • Support Finance team with data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
  • Support HR activities:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews when needed
  • Prepare employment contracts and employee files
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Help organize team activities and events

Qualifications

  • Bac+2 or bachelor's degree in administration
    , HR, Business or related field
  • Good English level (or at least intermediate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in administration or HR is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of finance is a plus
