Missions principales :

  • Superviser et coordonner les départements Hébergement (réception, housekeeping, guest relations, conciergerie, etc.).
  • Garantir une expérience client irréprochable et conforme aux standards d'excellence d'un palace international.
  • Manager et développer les équipes en favorisant l'engagement, la formation et la performance.
  • Assurer l'optimisation de l'occupation et des revenus en coordination avec la direction générale et le département commercial.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les procédures opérationnelles et les indicateurs de performance.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en management hôtelier dans un environnement 5* ou palace.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, organisation et gestion opérationnelle.
  • Orientation client et sens du détail exceptionnels.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du
    français, de l'arabe et de l'anglais
    (oral et écrit).
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international exigeant.
