Motion Designer & Video Editor / Stage Pré-Embauche (Rémunéré)

Lenscape Creative Studio est une agence spécialisée en branding, production audiovisuelle, design, stratégie digitale et création de contenus premium.

Nous aidons nos clients à construire des identités fortes et des contenus visuels impactants à travers des vidéos, animations et concepts créatifs.

Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Motion Designer / Vidéo Editor talentueux(se), curieux(se) et passionné(e) pour un stage pré-embauche rémunéré.

Missions principales

  • Montage vidéo (formats Reels, TikTok, interviews, highlights, publicités, vidéos corporate…)
  • Création d'animations motion design (typographie, transitions, éléments graphiques, logo animation, lower-thirds…)
  • Color grading & sound design de base
  • Découpage, structuration narrative, rythme & storytelling
  • Optimisation des formats selon plateformes (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Participation aux shootings (prise de vue, préparation setup, organisation du matériel)
  • Veille créative (références, tendances vidéos, styles montage, effets motion)

Profil recherché

  • Passionné(e) par l'image, le rythme, l'esthétique et les tendances digital content
  • Créativité + sens du storytelling visuel
  • Capacité à respecter une direction artistique tout en proposant des idées
  • Organisation, autonomie, respect des deadlines.

Compétences techniques souhaitées

Obligatoires :

  • Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
  • After Effects (bases minimum pour animation graphique)

Atouts bonus (non obligatoires mais appréciés) :

  • Photoshop / Illustrator
  • DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
  • Notions en photo / cadrage / lumière
  • 3D Motion (Blender / Cinema 4D) → gros plus
