Job Description of Manager Assistant​

Language Requirement​

English shall be the working language for daily work, including but not limited to internal communication, external business negotiation, document preparation and report submission.​

Key Additional Responsibilities (Pre-opening & Legal)​

Assist in the registration process of the company's branch in Morocco, including docking with local government departments, preparing and submitting relevant registration materials, and following up on the progress of registration procedures.​

Serve as the legal representative of the Morocco branch, responsible for handling legal affairs related to the branch in accordance with local laws and regulations, ensuring the branch's business operations are compliant with legal requirements.​

Key Responsibilities: Product Sales​

Promote sales through door to door, and complete the annual sales target. (basic annual sales target is 2,000,000DHS, it maybe adjustable at the year end based on the market and company sales target)​

Develop and improve the sales in domestic market in Morocco (Casablanca).​

Establish the part time sales team to explore more sales.​

Hire more outdoor sales for completing sales target if necessary.​

Promote sales through social media and online​

Cash & Cheque collection and debt collection​

Other Responsibilities 1: Aftersales & Installation Supervision​

Control aftersales team to provide timely and quality service​

Provide service or assist to customer on site.​

Guide installation team to do installation and equipment test onsite.​

Collect information from competitors regarding product structure, technology, and others.​

Give technical suggestion for current products for improvement.​

Have knowledge of machinery, including auto maintenance equipment, construction equipment and woodworking machinery, and be capable of installing and maintaining these mechanical equipment.​

Other Responsibilities 2: Store Supervision​

Control inbound and outbound work​

Control store logistics and goods delivery​

Manage store display and monitor office daily works​

Control logistics and labor costs​

Other Responsibilities 3: Assisting MD​

Assist for new purchase order.​

Assist maintaining the relationship with key customer.​

Other MD's work during MD traveling.​

Salary​

Basic salary: To be determined based on candidate's qualifications and work experience.​

Salary Incentive: Candidates who have knowledge of machinery (auto maintenance equipment, construction equipment, woodworking machinery) and are capable of installing and maintaining these mechanical equipment will enjoy a doubled basic salary, with the doubled basic salary ranging from 1000 to 1200 US dollars.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 5,000.00DH per month
