Assistant Store Manager – United Arab Emirates

Salary: 12,000 MAD per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our retail operations in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing or supervising supermarket or retail stores, particularly within organizations such as BIM, Cazyon, or similar chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and overall team performance.
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and store presentation standards.
  • Participate in staff training, scheduling, and performance development.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Contribute to meeting sales goals and improving overall store performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a retail environment (experience in BIM, Cazyon, or similar chains is preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
