An Education-sales consultant will be recruited to work within our Language school's team.

Job description :

  • Actively promoting and communicating with potential and existing (individual and corporate) customer base either face to face or via phone.
  • To effectively convey the content, features and advantages of our training to potential customers.

    -Understands customers needs and offers them suitable training that best meets their expectations.
  • Provide after sales service by working with different departments to find solutions to student complaints.
  • Ensure customer meetings, customer reminders by email and phone and renewal of registrations.
  • Enter customer data and notes correctly on the CRM.
  • Can be involved in marketing activities (conferences, lives ...).

    -Reach periodic sales targets by working effectively on all types of leads.
  • Encourage students and instructors to share their feedback with you so that we can progress and help them to progress.
  • To carry out administrative duties assigned by the institution.

Desired Skills and Expertise

- Target oriented, energetic, strong communicator

- High work responsibility, discipline and sense of accomplishment, pursuing goals

- Able to use Microsoft Office programs

-Good diction, successful in human relations, high persuasion skills

- Takes care of one's appearance

- Having problem solving / meeting skills, result oriented and able to work regularly

- Ability to work as a team member and/or independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 2,500.00DH per month
