This Business Operations Analyst is going to be performing an administrative and compliance role, working and collaborating with the Trade Compliance team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive Samples and requirements from Trade Compliance team.
  • Confirm information with the Sales Team and the customers, getting Purchase Orders to compare.
  • Share findings with the Trade Compliance team.
  • Use systems and tools to compare and identify discrepancies. (like Oracle)
  • Report discrepancies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in Sales, Operations or similar
  • Sales Workbench
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
  • Advanced English skills
