Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client qui opère dans le secteur de l'agroalimentaire un Technicien Help Desk sur la ville de Casablanca ( Ain Sebaa ).
Mission
Aider les employés à résoudre leurs problèmes informatiques de base et assurer le bon fonctionnement du matériel informatique.
Tâches principales
- Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs (PC, imprimantes, réseau…).
- Dépanner les problèmes simples : mot de passe, connexion, logiciels.
- Installer et configurer les postes de travail et les périphériques.
- Créer et suivre les tickets d'incidents.
- Signaler les problèmes plus complexes au service IT.
Compétences
- Connaissances de base en informatique (Windows, réseau, bureautique).
- Sens du service, patience et bonne communication.
- Organisation et capacité à apprendre rapidement.
Formation
- Bac+2 en informatique ou équivalent.
- 1 an d'expérience dans le même poste.
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, Intérim
Durée du contrat : 6 mois
Rémunération : 3.000,00DH à 3.500,00DH par mois
