VIOO is revolutionizing the retail sector by transforming video surveillance into a powerful performance driver. Our mission is to leverage AI to analyze video feeds, providing retailers with actionable insights to optimize their revenue and operations.

Backed by a startup studio, we are currently building our MVP to enter the Moroccan market by the end of H1 2026, while simultaneously targeting European expansion. We aim to build a world-class team, starting with the key technical experts who will build the foundation of this ambitious journey.

Mission

As a founding member of the tech team, your role is central: you will build the core intelligence of our product. You will not only design our AI models, but you will also ensure they are perfectly integrated and deployed within our SaaS platform.

  • Model Development:

Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge Deep Learning models for real-time video analysis..
- Full Stack Integration:

Build robust APIs to expose your models' outputs and work on their end-to-end integration into the product.
- Pipeline Ownership:

Take ownership of the entire AI pipeline, from video stream ingestion to running and monitoring models in production.
- Architectural Collaboration:

Work closely with the CTO to define the architecture of our AI services and ensure their scalability.
- Performance:

Guarantee the reliability, speed, and accuracy of our AI features.

The Profile We're Looking For (Middle or Senior)

We are looking for a pragmatic, solution-oriented engineer who is passionate about creating real-world impact with AI.

This position is open to high-potential
Middle-level

profiles as well as confirmed
Senior-level

engineers.

  • AI & Computer Vision Expertise:

You have solid experience (proven for a Senior, or developing expertise for a Middle profile) in Deep Learning applied to video analysis (Python ecosystem: PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV).
- Backend Skills:

You are proficient in backend development, particularly in building clean and scalable APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Django) to serve ML models.
- Production Mindset:

You understand the challenges of deploying machine learning models to production (MLOps).
- Full Stack Versatility:

You understand the complete lifecycle of a feature. Experience with frontend frameworks (like React or Vue) is a major plus.
- Startup Fit:

You are autonomous, proactive, and excited about joining an ambitious project in its very early stages.
