Vioo is revolutionizing the retail industry by turning video surveillance into a powerful performance driver. Our mission is to leverage AI to analyze video streams and provide retailers with actionable insights to optimize their revenue and operations.

Backed by 34 Ventures, we are currently building our MVP to enter the Moroccan market by the end of H1 2026, while simultaneously targeting European expansion. We aim to build a world-class team, starting with a technical leader who will lay the technological and human foundations for this ambitious journey.

Mission

As CTO and a strategic partner to the CEO, you will be the cornerstone of our innovation. Your mission will be to translate our product vision into a reliable, robust, and scalable technical architecture.

  • Strategy: Define the entire technical architecture (AI, Cloud, SaaS).
  • Development: Drive the technical roadmap and the development of the MVP with a "hands-on" approach.
  • AI Leadership: Act as our primary expert in Computer Vision to build our "Secret Sauce".
  • Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead the first tech talents (AI & Full Stack).

Requirements

We are looking for a true entrepreneur at heart, ready to build a project from scratch.

  • Proven technical leadership (Lead Dev, Architect, CTO) in a startup environment.
  • Expertise in AI & Computer Vision, with a deep mastery of Deep Learning applied to real-time video stream analysis (object detection and tracking, action recognition).
  • A strong sense for Data Infrastructure with the ability to design processing pipelines for massive streaming data.
  • Mastery of SaaS architecture and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Recognized leadership with a proven ability to attract and grow a team.
  • Product & Business acumen, capable of transforming a need into a technical solution.
