Epiroc Maroc recrute unTechnicien SAV Forage (H/F)
Dans le cadre du développement de l'activité de production de ses clients miniers et de manière à les accompagner au mieux, la société Epiroc Maroc souhaite renforcer ses équipes techniques en recrutant deux techniciens forages.
Description du poste :
Le technicien SAV inspecte l'état des matériels (engins et outils de forage et de construction) et procède à la maintenance préventive et curative chez les clients (mines, carrières, travaux publics), dans le respect des normes de sécurité et d'une qualité totale de service.
Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive et curative des matériels utilisés par les clients (foreuses…),
- Procéder aux mises en service et aux formations clients,
- Effectuer les dépannages et établir les listes de pièces à commander,
- Fournir les conseils techniques adaptés aux besoins des clients,
- Etablir les devis de réparation et les soumettre à sa hiérarchie dans les délais demandés,
- Participer aux formations opérateurs machines ou personnel d'entretien client,
- Réaliser des démonstrations machines,
- Gérer l'activité administrative liée aux interventions,
- Rédiger les rapports de mission et les transmettre à la hiérarchie dans les délais demandés,
- Travailler en collaboration avec les commerciaux du secteur d'intervention et remonter les informations utiles permettant aux commerciaux d'optimiser leurs connaissances terrain.
Expérience :
Vous avez une expérience significative en mécanique, pneumatique, hydraulique et électricité, idéalement acquise dans le domaine du forage ou de la construction (ou maintenance de machines agricoles).
Connaissance requises :
De formation électromécanique / électrotechnique (BTS/DUT ou équivalent), vous disposez de solides bases en mécanique, hydraulique, électricité et pneumatique.
Vous avez de bonnes bases en anglais.
Des connaissances du pack office sont nécessaires.
La possession d'un permis de conduire valide est un prérequis pour la fonction.

Le poste est basé à Casablanca avec des déplacements fréquents et de durées variables sur l'ensemble du Maroc. Des déplacements à l'étranger sont à prévoir.
