The Opportunity
I am partnering exclusively with my global professional services & consulting firm to find a Director to lead their rapidly expanding Digital Risk Managed Services practice in Morocco.
This is not a "back office" role. Under the "One Team" model, you will operate as a seamless extension of the leadership team, managing high-stakes delivery for global clients while driving a massive growth agenda.
The Mission
You will take the reins of an existing 30-person team with a mandate to scale it to 100 specialists by 2030. You will be the bridge between technical excellence and executive client advisory, ensuring that the firms Managed Services (SOC, Cloud Security, GRC) set the standard for the industry.
What You Will Do:
- Lead & Scale:
Direct the daily operations of the Cyber Managed Services team (currently ~30 FTEs), driving the strategy to triple the headcount over the next 5 years. - Technical Authority:
Oversee the delivery of 24/7 SOC capabilities, Continuous Testing, and Cloud Security (CSPM/CWPP). You will ensure our detection and response capabilities remain cutting-edge. - Client & Commercial Leadership:
Act as the primary "Go-To" Director for major accounts locally and globally. You will handle complex service reviews, drive business development in the local market, and support Partners on international bids. - Operational Excellence:
Instill a "Big 4" quality standard in reporting and communication. You will professionalise workflows, mentor the next generation of managers, and ensure delivery meets rigorous SLAs. - Bridge the Gap:
Travel periodically to France (Paris) to collaborate with the wider Digital Risk partnership, ensuring full alignment between territories.
The Profile We Need
We are looking for a hybrid leader: someone with the technical legitimacy of a SOC Manager and the polish of a Consultant.
- Experience:
Proven experience leading a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a large Cyber Managed Services function. - The Mindset:
You must have a "Consultative" approach. Whether you come from a Big 4 background or a major Industry player (Aerospace, Defense, Telco), you know how to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate value. - Technical Depth:
Deep understanding of SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, and Cloud Security. (Knowledge of the
Microsoft Security ecosystem
is a massive plus). - Leadership:
You have managed teams, handled performance reviews, and driven culture in a high-growth environment.
