Join Mooroot Studio to build the robust and scalable foundations that power our digital products. You will work on server-side logic, databases, and APIs, turning your academic knowledge into real-world solutions under the guidance of our experienced engineering team.

Your Responsibilities / Key Tasks

  • Develop and maintain server-side logic and core application functionality.
  • Build and integrate secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing application databases (e.g., SQL or NoSQL).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree program.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of at least one server-side programming language (e.g., , Python, PHP).
  • Basic understanding of databases and data modeling (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control using Git.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

  • Location: On-site – Tangier
  • Contract type: Part Time
  • Duration: 3 months, renewable
  • Compensation: Based on profile and performance
