Your role

You are an experienced Finance Manager, with proven experience in building management accounts and financial statements from scratch, working with complex data sources, and translating numbers into insights for senior management.

What you will be doing

1. Data Collection & Consolidation

2. Liaise with the partner bank's finance and operations teams to collect accurate monthly data on revenues, loan disbursements, repayments, interest income, expenses, and credit metrics.

3. Validate and reconcile incoming data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

4. Maintain structured data models or templates to support monthly and quarterly reporting.

5. Preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting

6. Compiling detailed reports on the bank's financial projects

7. Collecting and analysing data on revenues, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
8. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with the bank's internal standards
9. Prepare full management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) from partner bank data, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Moroccan accounting norms

10. Explain key movements in financial statements, including changes in provisions, revenues, and cost drivers

11. Financial Performance Analysis

12. Analysing profitability of the bank's products and business lines

13. Identifying trends, growth drivers, and areas for optimisation
14. Preparing conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis
15. Analyse and interpret banking KPIs such as loan book growth, NPL ratios, yield, cost of risk, and cost-to-income ratio to support performance tracking

16. Provide actionable insights to the Credit+ Morocco management and FFUK teams to support business decisions

17. Presentation of Results

18. Presenting reports and analytical materials to the bank's management

19. Preparing informational materials for meetings and strategic sessions
20. Providing recommendations to support cost management and product development decisions
21. Present monthly management packs and commentary to the FFUK Finance team, highlighting key performance trends and risks

22. Collaborate with leadership to prepare inputs for board reviews and investor updates

23. Collaboration with Key Bank Departments

24. Regular communication with marketing, sales, operations, and other departments to account for all major costs and revenues

25. Ensuring proper data recording and alignment of expenditure plans
26. Act as the local finance bridge between the partner bank, Credit+ Morocco team, and the FFUK finance function

27. Work cross-functionally with credit, operations, and risk teams to align reporting with business activity

28. Streamlining & Reporting Efficiency

29. Optimising data collection and reporting processes

30. Automate or structure repeatable reporting templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency without over-engineering or system-heavy focus
31. Standardise management reporting and ensure audit-ready data trails for future scalability

• Has knowledge of Moroccan banking and accounting regulations (Bank Al-Maghrib, IFRS/Moroccan GAAP)

Your experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related fields, preferably in a financial, banking or fintech environment
• Ability to work with large datasets, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems
• Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial statements from scratch, based on data received from partner institutions or multiple data sources
• Experience analysing banking KPIs, loan portfolio metrics, and understanding key financial drivers of credit businesses
• Prior experience in a startup, fintech, or early-stage business preferred
