Hiring: Call Center Supervisor – U.S. Market/Inbound calls

We are looking for a Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage outbound sales and lead qualification operations for our U.S. market partener.
The Supervisor will be responsible for team performance, quality control, KPI achievement, and operational discipline, ensuring high-quality prospecting, appointment setting, and sales support for the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of outbound agents (prospecting, qualification, appointment setting)
- Ensure compliance with scripts, processes, and quality standards
- Monitor daily KPIs: call volume, contact rate, qualification rate, appointment quality
- Conduct call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Support onboarding and training of new agents
- Act as the main point of contact between operations and management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Maintain high motivation, discipline, and professionalism within the team
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong background in outbound B2B calling (U.S. market preferred)
- Experience in Facilities Management, B2B services, or sales environments is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance tracking, and quality assurance
- Fluent English with clear communication and confidence
- Hands-on, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
