Job Title: Student Admissions Advisor

Location: Office-based in Rabat

Inter HECS helps international students gain admission to European universities (medicine, dentistry, and more). Our Inquiries Team is the first touchpoint—qualifying leads, educating families, and moving applicants into the admissions process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student inquiries regarding study programs
  • Handle inbound inquiries (website, WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram, email, FB Messenger, phone) and give fast, professional first responses.
  • Guide students of the application process
  • Send offers, agreements, payment information and instructions
  • Follow-up new inquiries

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM, data entry)
  • Patience and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic sales mindset

Employment Terms:

1. Trial Period.

  • Duration of Trial period: 2 weeks

  • Trial Period Start Date: November 12th, 2025

- Trial Period End Date: November 26th, weeks)

- Trial Period hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00PM (6 working hours, 1-hour break)

- Salary During Trial Period: no salary

2. Internship Period (Post-Trial).

After the trial period, we may offer you an internship employment.

  • Duration of Internship period: 6 months

  • Internship Period Start Date: November 27th, 2025

- Internship Period End Date: May 27th, months)

- Internship Period hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00PM (8 working hours, 1-hour break)

- Salary During Internship Period: €600 net/month

- Bonuses: Monthly performance bonus for meeting new-client quota (per bonus scheme).

3. Permanent Contract (Post-Internship).

After the internship period based on your performance, we may offer full-employment contract.
