Customer Service Representatives

Your Mission
As a
Customer Service Representative
, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of Foorsa — guiding students through every stage of their journey.
You will:
- Handle student inquiries.
- Guide students step-by-step from application to visa and travel
- Follow up with assigned students to ensure smooth onboarding
- Solve problems efficiently and communicate updates clearly
- Collaborate with the Sales, Admissions, and Marketing teams
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication in
Arabic
, and
English
(
French
is a plus)
A caring and patient personality — students come first
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, )
Experience in customer service or education (preferred but not required)
