Location: Casablanca, Morocco (with nationwide travel as needed)

Role Purpose

As a Salesperson at Rahvolt, you will be the face of our business in Morocco. Your role is to connect with potential customers, understand their energy needs, and present Rahvolt's solar + storage solutions in a way that delivers real value. This is not just about selling a product – it's about helping Moroccans take control of their energy future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential residential clients.
  • Build strong customer relationships based on trust, transparency, and long-term value.
  • Present Rahvolt's solar + storage solutions clearly, tailoring pitches to different customer segments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
  • Stay updated on Morocco's renewable energy policies, incentives, and financing options.
  • Represent Rahvolt at trade shows, local events, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, ideally in solar, energy, or technology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Morocco.
