Our client seeks to engage the Employee in the capacity of
Nominee Director
. The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Setup & Banking:
    Assist with the incorporation of new companies and coordinate the opening of bank accounts, ensuring processes comply with applicable laws and banking requirements.
  • Operational Support:
    Serve as a local contact for operational matters and provide support to nominee directors, ensuring tasks are carried out in line with company policies and local regulations.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    Monitor basic compliance requirements and support the preparation of necessary documentation to meet regulatory standards.
  • Documentation & Coordination:
    Maintain accurate records of company setup, banking activities, and operational matters. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.

Obligations to the Company:

  • Devote necessary time and effort to the role while ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled effectively.
  • May provide services to other organisations, provided these do not interfere with responsibilities for the Company.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and rules as they evolve during employment.
