BCG's Tech and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice is at the forefront of helping clients unlock competitive advantage and drive superior business performance through the strategic use of technology (AI/GenAI, digital, cybersecurity...). As BCG's fastest-growing practice, TDA operates across all industries, with deep expertise in areas such as Tech transformation, data and digital platforms, cloud & cybersecurity and tech operating model. Within this global practice, BCG Casablanca TDA serves as the tech hub for the EMESA region, bringing together a dynamic team of professionals and joining forces with other BCG Tech entities (BCG X, for tech delivery and Platinion for tech architecture). ROLE PROFILE

As a Consultant/ Project Leader in our Technology & Digital Advantage (TDA) practice area, you'll be given end-to-end responsibility for the larger and more complex "modules" within a BCG project and begin to develop specialised knowledge to help you solve our clients' problems. You'll work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions. Working together with C-level clients to understand their issues, you'll create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.

Our consultants within TDA are an integral part of BCG's core consulting team; we work side-by-side with all practice areas to create value and competitive advantage for our clients. You'll help your clients answer questions such as "How will AI disrupt my business model?", "How can businesses use data and analytics to create highly personalised outreach delivered through a seamless omnichannel experience?", "How to build a future-proof tech architecture to deliver business ambition", "How can I ship higher quality digital services to my customers faster by improving my operating model?" and many more.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You would typically have:

• 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in a consulting firm. This may be:
• with a leading consulting firm (focused on technology/digital initiatives)
• in a corporate role focused on technology/digital initiatives
• in a tech start-up leadership role; or in a "consulting-like" industry (e.g. digital strategy, digital marketing)
• Superior analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s).
• A broad skillset and passion for digital & technology is important
• Strong academic track record
