1. Mission principale

Concevoir, développer et améliorer des systèmes et composants mécaniques (notamment câbles, systèmes de commande et solutions mécatroniques) afin de répondre aux besoins des clients automobiles, tout en respectant les normes de qualité, de coûts et de délais du groupe Suprajit.

2. Responsabilités principales

  • Concevoir et développer des pièces, outillages et systèmes mécaniques en utilisant les logiciels de CAO (CATIA, SolidWorks ou équivalent).
  • Réaliser les études techniques (plans 2D, modèles 3D, calculs dimensionnels, choix des matériaux).
  • Participer au développement des prototypes, aux essais et à la validation des produits.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes
    production, qualité, supply chain et clients
    pour assurer la faisabilité et l'industrialisation des projets.
  • Identifier et proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer la performance, la durabilité et la compétitivité des produits.
  • Participer à l'élaboration des dossiers techniques (BOM, plans de fabrication, fiches de spécifications).
  • Contribuer au respect des normes
    IATF 16949, ISO 9001
    et aux exigences spécifiques des clients (constructeurs automobiles).
  • Suivre les phases de tests, analyser les résultats et mettre en place les actions correctives.

3. Compétences requises

  • Techniques
    :
  • Excellente maîtrise de la conception mécanique (mécanismes, matériaux, résistance des matériaux).
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de conception assistée par ordinateur (CATIA V5, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Connaissance des procédés de fabrication (injection plastique, surmoulage, assemblage mécanique).
  • Bonnes notions en analyse fonctionnelle, AMDEC produit/process et plans de validation.
  • Comportementales

  • Rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et en environnement international.
  • Esprit d'innovation et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Communication claire et professionnelle.

4. Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 en
    Génie mécanique, mécatronique ou industriel
    (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent).
  • Une première expérience (stage ou emploi) en
    conception mécanique automobile
    est un atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise du
    français
    et de l'
    anglais
    technique (oral et écrit).
