We're Hiring: Senior AI Developers (8–10 Positions)

DEVSTRATECH
, on behalf of its partner — a major player in the U.S. market — is seeking
8 to 10 highly skilled Senior AI Developers
to join a growing international team.

This is a unique opportunity to work on
cutting-edge AI projects
in NLP, OCR, computer vision, and generative AI, contributing to solutions that will reshape the digital and automotive ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML/DL models for NLP, OCR, and computer vision.
  • Lead experiments and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Implement LLM-based applications (GPT, BERT, etc.) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Build and maintain robust APIs with
    FastAPI
    or
    Flask
    for production deployment.
  • Ensure best practices in data engineering: cleaning, preprocessing, structuring, and governance.
  • Define benchmarks, metrics, and testing strategies for AI models in production.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the adoption of MLOps practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends, proposing innovative approaches for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Education

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience
    in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end AI projects.
  • Strong track record working with LLMs, NLP, OCR, and computer vision.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and ML/DL frameworks (
    PyTorch, TensorFlow
    ).
  • Strong expertise in data manipulation (
    Pandas, NumPy
    ) and SQL databases.
  • Solid experience in API development and integration (
    FastAPI, Flask
    ).
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud environments (
    AWS, GCP, Azure
    ).
  • Familiarity with
    Git, Docker, Kubernetes
    , and Agile development.
  • MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model lifecycle management).

  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
