Contact Center AI Engineer
to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our operations and product teams to deploy and customize
AI copilots
that revolutionize customer experience in the contact center environment.
This isn't just a technical role – it's also about evangelizing innovation, building solutions that scale, and being a local ambassador for our AI-driven transformation journey.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable AI copilot solutions tailored for contact center use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map customer needs into smart, API-based solutions
- Lead light integrations with CRM, telephony, and case management systems
- Champion AI adoption through demos, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
- Continuously optimize prompt engineering and user interactions
- Stay ahead of the curve in GenAI, conversational AI, and contact center trends
Your background:
- 5+ years in software engineering, data science, or solution consulting roles
- Experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), API integrations, and CRMs
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational AI models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for technology and a proactive mindset
Bonus points if you've worked in or with contact centers or have experience as a product evangelist
