Nous sommes un petit riad situé dans la médina, accueillant jusqu'à 10 invités à la fois.

Nous recherchons une personne pour préparer le petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h30 (une autre personne s'occupe du service).

Il faudra également préparer le déjeuner quelques fois par mois et des dîners sur demande, environ 3 à 4 fois par semaine ou moins.

Nous souhaitons quelqu'un qui cuisine très bien la cuisine marocaine — saine, créative et à base d'ingrédients frais — avec une belle présentation et une qualité irréprochable.

Le poste est basé dans la médina, il est donc nécessaire d'avoir un scooter ou d'habiter à proximité.

Une certaine capacité à préparer des plats occidentaux est souhaitée (nous pourrons vous former si besoin).

Nous cherchons avant tout une personne passionnée par la cuisine, aimant son métier, sachant bien faire les provisions et capable de s'adapter à l'ambiance et au style de notre riad.
