Dans le cadre de son développement, Alphorm, plateforme e-learning spécialisée dans la formation IT, recherche un Video Editor & Motion Designer pour renforcer son équipe de production. Le candidat maîtrisera à la fois le montage vidéo et le motion design afin de créer et d'optimiser les contenus visuels diffusés sur nos différentes plateformes et supports. Il contribuera à produire des vidéos attractives et professionnelles qui valoriseront l'image et les actions d'Alphorm.

Pré-requis du poste Responsabilités principales:

  • Montage YouTube long format (5–25 min),

  • Création automatique/assistée d'extraits optimisés (Shorts/ Reels),

  • Motion design (titres, transitions, animations),

  • Ajout de B-roll, animations, sous-titres dynamiques,

  • Sound design & color grading,

  • Création de miniatures (thumbnails) performantes façon YouTube US,

  • Optimisation du rythme et du storytelling visuel,

  • Gestion d'un workflow clair : réception rushs → livraison,

  • Capacité à repérer les meilleurs moments sans instructions,

  • Maintien d'une charte graphique vidéo Alphorm / Personal Branding.

Style recherché:

  • Dynamiques type Alex Hormozi / Iman Gadzhi / Andrew Kirby,

  • Educatif-tech type Neil Patel,

  • Animations tech minimalistes façon Fireship,

  • Clean & premium (pas kitsch, pas TikTok amateur).

Votre boîte à outils idéale:

  • Premiere Pro ou DaVinci Resolve (expert)

  • After Effects (motion légères + transitions)

  • Sens du rythme (cut, zoom, punchlines)

  • Techniques avancées : masking, tracking, keyframes

  • Gestion colorimétrique

  • Bonne connaissance YouTube (retention, pattern interrupt)

  • Français impeccable (orthographe pour sous-titres)

  • Très grande autonomie + créativité

Profil recherché:

  • 3+ ans d'expérience en montage

  • Déjà monté des vidéos CEO, business, tech ou éducatives

  • Capable de livrer rapidement

  • Force de proposition

  • Comprend les codes YouTube / Reels / TikTok

  • Maitriser Canva est un bonus
