Inside Sales Manager with an additional language (Italian/Spanish/Dutch).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on renewals, upsell, and churn prevention.
- Drive daily and weekly execution through huddles, performance tracking, and structured follow-up on renewal opportunities.
- Coach team members, provide ongoing feedback, and manage escalations to ensure target achievement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer excellence while maintaining strong team morale.
- Ensure consistent execution of the renewal process starting 120 days prior to contract expiration.
- Monitor pipeline health, renewal timelines, outreach cadence, and KPI performance (renewal rate, churn, pipeline coverage).
- Identify risks or gaps and escalate appropriately to the senior Inside Sales Manager.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and contribute to individual development plans.
- Ensure CRM accuracy, adherence to sales processes, and proper opportunity tracking.
- Share insights, trends, and field feedback with management.
- Train and onboard new hires on tools, processes, and messaging.
- Reinforce playbooks, renewal sequences, and partner engagement frameworks.
- Support the execution of renewal, churn-reduction, and upsell campaigns and track results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Team Leader, or similar role in tech/SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of subscription-based models, renewal cycles, and customer retention.
- Experience in partner-led or channel-driven sales environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Fluent in English and any of the following additional languages - Italian/Spanish/Dutch
