What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to phone and email inquiries with clarity and positivity
- Keep call records organized while supporting our commitment to excellent customer service
- Handle basic tasks in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What You Bring
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)—essential
- Previous experience in call centers, sales, or customer service (a big plus)
- Friendly, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Reliability, teamwork, and a love for new challenges
