What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries with clarity and positivity
  • Keep call records organized while supporting our commitment to excellent customer service
  • Handle basic tasks in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What You Bring

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)—essential
  • Previous experience in call centers, sales, or customer service (a big plus)
  • Friendly, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a love for new challenges
