We're looking for motivated German-speaking Outbound Call Agents with at least B1 level proficiency in both German and English to join our energetic team in Marrakech.

Our modern office is conveniently located right next to a bus station—making your commute simple and stress-free.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to German-speaking clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries in German and English with clarity and positivity
  • Maintain organized and accurate call records
  • Handle basic tasks in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What You Bring

  • German language proficiency (minimum B1 level)
  • English language proficiency (minimum B1 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in call centers, sales, or customer service (a strong advantage)
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of reliability
