Position Overview

During your internship or apprenticeship, you'll be supported by your team and entrusted with managing projects while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. At Otis, we believe that empowering our people leads to greater personal growth. You'll bring a fresh perspective to the company, and we value your insights and expertise

Your Typical Day Might Include:

• Working closely with an experienced mentor who will guide you through your professional development.
• Learning how electronic and mechanical systems operate by connecting components to build complex systems.
• Gaining hands-on experience in repair and modernization work on elevators of all brands.
• Performing preventive maintenance on contracted equipment, including regular inspections and safety checks.

What You'll Need to Succeed
(subject to local regulations)
:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You hold a BEP/CAP/BAC Pro in Electrotechnics, MSMA, SEN, MSCP, or a Technological BAC, BTS in Electrotechnics, MC Elevator, or have a strong interest in technical fields (mechanics, electricity, electronics) through studies or hobbies.
• You are a strong communicator, a team player, optimistic, and proactive.
• You are motivated to pursue a career as an elevator technician.
• You are committed to completing the required training throughout the internship/apprenticeship period.
