Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Rabat. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment, manage schedules, and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and team members. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring efficient office administration in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and team members
- Proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance tasks
- Experience in managing and maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in written and spoken French is mandatory
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to workplace challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
