Description du poste

SEGULA Technologies recrute un(e) Qualiticien(ne) – Usine de Kénitra

Envie de jouer un rôle stratégique au cœur de l'industrie automobile ? Rejoignez notre équipe Qualité sur le site de STLA à Kénitra pour contribuer à la performance et à la satisfaction client

Votre mission : Intégré(e) au département Plant Quality Engineering, vous serez garant(e) de la qualité produit/process dans une logique d'amélioration continue. Ce rôle transverse vous amènera à collaborer avec la production, les fournisseurs, le bureau d'études et le client final.

Vos responsabilités s'articuleront autour de 4 pôles majeurs : In Field Quality Monitoring : analyse des alertes terrain et retours client

Treatment : animation qualité en production & pilotage des plans d'action

Product/Process Change Acceptance : validation des PPAP, suivi des évolutions série, analyse de risques

Securisation : contrôle 100%, inspection pièces, mise en place de mesures immédiates

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la qualité usine automobile (idéalement niveau I3)

  • Maîtrise OBLIGATOIRE des processus STLA

  • Bonne connaissance des outils qualité (8D, AMDEC, PPAP, QRQC, SPC…)

  • Leadership, rigueur, sens de l'analyse et orientation client

Poste basé à l'usine STLA, Kénitra.
