Guest Relation Manager

Vos missions principales :
- Accueillir nos clients avec élégance, professionnalisme et chaleur dès leur arrivée.
- Assurer un suivi personnalisé des séjours VIP et clients fidèles.
- Gérer les demandes spécifiques et résoudre avec efficacité les éventuelles insatisfactions.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de réception, conciergerie, restauration et housekeeping pour garantir un service fluide et cohérent.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service et à la satisfaction client.
- Analyser les retours clients et piloter les actions correctives nécessaires.
- Être force de proposition pour enrichir l'expérience client.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans) dans un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie de luxe.
- Excellente présentation et sens du service client irréprochable.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) ; toute langue supplémentaire est un atout.
- Leadership, proactivité et excellente gestion du stress.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant, rythmé et multiculturel.
