Rooms Division Manager

Situé au cœur de Rabat, notre établissement 5 étoiles incarne l'élégance et l'excellence du service hôtelier haut de gamme. Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recherchons un(e) Rooms Division Manager passionné(e) par l'hospitalité de luxe et doté(e) d'un réel sens du leadership.
Missions principales
- Superviser l'ensemble des opérations du Front Office, Housekeeping, Conciergerie et Guest Relations.
- Garantir un niveau de service irréprochable en accord avec les standards de la marque et les attentes de la clientèle internationale.
- Encadrer, motiver et former les équipes afin d'assurer une expérience client fluide et personnalisée.
- Veiller à l'optimisation de la satisfaction client (scores LQA, Mystery Guest, Guest Satisfaction).
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements (F&B, Maintenance, Spa, Sales & Marketing) pour assurer la cohérence de l'expérience client.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (taux d'occupation, RevPAR, coûts opérationnels) et élaborer des plans d'amélioration.
- Participer à la définition du budget et assurer le contrôle des dépenses du département.
- Garantir le respect des procédures internes, des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en gestion hôtelière ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans un poste similaire au sein d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ou d'un établissement de luxe.
- Excellentes compétences managériales et sens aigu du détail.
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; toute autre langue est un atout.
- Leadership inspirant, orientation client et esprit d'équipe prononcé.
