Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an After Sales Service Specialist, located in El Jadida Province. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to sold products or services, coordinating repairs or replacements, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining detailed service records and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The individual will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Client Relations, and Issue Resolution
- Technical understanding of the company's products/services and the ability to address technical concerns
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Proficiency in technology and familiarity with service management tools or CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Previous experience in after-sales services or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field preferred
