We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Native Mobile) to lead the development of our health application on Android & iOS and coordinate our multidisciplinary tech team in Marrakech.

As the bridge between product vision and technical execution, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap, ensuring delivery quality, and driving agile collaboration across developers, QA, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and sprint priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Android, iOS, backend, QA, and DevOps.
  • Implement and maintain agile processes and rituals (Scrum/Kanban, Jira, GitHub).
  • Ensure compliance, technical quality, and timely delivery of mobile releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution.
  • Monitor KPIs and proactively identify risks or blockers.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in project management for mobile native apps or SaaS.
  • Solid technical background in native mobile (Android, iOS), APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven track record of shipping at least two production apps on Play Store and/or App Store.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
  • Daily presence in Marrakech (no full remote).
  • Experience with pure native development (not React Native / Flutter).
